Mayor Turner to announce city of Houston proposed consent decree with the Environmental Protection Agency
WHAT:

After nearly a decade of discussions between the City of Houston, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the U.S. Department of Justice, and the State of Texas, Mayor Turner will announce details of a proposed consent decree to improve the city’s sanitary sewer system.
